Low literacy skills limit someone’s access to vital support services, education, health care, as well as work, employment and recreational opportunities.     This month we supported the West Island Mission de l’Ouest de l’Ile with their Back-to-School event. Ingrid, our community programs coordinator, selected a whole load of amazing books for all ages.
