West Island Multicultural Organization (WIMO) Part of the West-Island community since 2021, WIMO offers community programs and services for West Island communities. WIMO’s mission is to promote education, skills/training, social equality, and improve the living conditions for people of disadvantaged backgrounds, or Afro descent, and immigrants. They provide support to settle in Quebec, learn French/English, get a job, and find the services you need in the community.
